WORK EXPERIENCE: Amir also brings a varied and rich work experience to his speaking engagements.
While in Engineering, he worked as a Process Engineer first and then as a Project Engineer and later as an Engineering Manager. In his work as a Process Engineer, Amir was awarded a US Patent for the invention of a Pressure Sensing System for Extruders.
In Manufacturing, Amir worked as a First Line Supervisor, supervising hourly workers across all 3 shifts.
This work occurred in the Chemical, Foods, and Pharmaceutical Industries.
After many years in Engineering, Amir became an Entrepreneur and owned and operated 3 different retail and wholesale consumer businesses. His experience reinforced the importance of Self-Esteem in delivering exceptional Customer Service. This conviction led him to make a career change into Training and Development.
In 1994 Amir began working as a Trainer-Consultant. In 2000, he established his own Training-Consulting Company, AMIRIMAGE CONSULTING, INC.
Amir has conducted training in a variety of fields including Leadership, Self-Esteem, Diversity, Inclusion, Performance Improvement, and Effective Communications to name a few.
